| | 12/30/2009 | On December 29, 2009 the Decision was taken by the Supervisory Board of GSE on delisting of the JSC Kazbegi shares, in accordance with paragraphs 6.1 and 6.3 of the Rules on Admitting of Securities to the Trading System and the Listing of the Georgian Stock Exchange.
According the 2009 results, shares of JSC Liberty Consumer, JSC Teliani Valley and JSC Caucasus Energy and Infrastructure admitted to Listing B of the GSE failed to comply with the annual stock exchange turnover requirement for Listing B companies. Respectively, from December 31, 2009 until meeting of the abovementioned requirements, the listing of the shares of JSC Liberty Consumer, JSC Teliani Valley and JSC Caucasus Energy and Infrastructure is temporarily suspended, in accordance with paragraphs 6.1 and 6.3 of the Rules on Admitting of Securities to the Trading System and the Listing of the Georgian Stock Exchange.
